Hi! My name is Jan Acorn, owner of Gateway Destinations. Travel has certainly broadened my outlook on the world and sparked my imagination. Being a natural planner for friends and family travel over the years, I found that I loved creating and sharing travel experiences, so much so that I decided to develop it as my career.
Since I am a firm believer that vacations are to be cherished, I am committed to arranging exceptional travel for my clients and strive to make every vacation truly memorable – a fun, smooth and rewarding experience throughout the planning process, until you return home. Staying abreast of destinations and the latest in travel is important to me which is why I achieved my Certified Travel Associate designation and regularly attend trade shows and take advantage of other educational opportunities to better serve my clients. My affiliation with the Signature Travel Network as an independent travel consultant, affords me access to numerous reputable and high caliber resources that provide a collective wealth of competitive travel options for all areas of the globe. References are available upon request.
My utmost concern is your enjoyment when designing a personal vacation that is tailored specifically for you and your fellow travelers. Although I specialize in planning custom travel to Europe for busy professionals, honeymooners and active retirees, I am delighted to also arrange travel to other international destinations, Alaska or Hawaii. One of my passions is to create and escort custom journeys for small groups (especially women only!) to Europe. I look forward to creating your unforgettable dream vacation soon!
